data required to conduct their business and to comply with any legal requirements. Your data will be stored securely and backed up where appropriate.
We will never share your data with a third party unless we have your permission to do so. We do retain Bank details to facilitate payments but only maintain this whilst we maintain a relationship with yourself and for the purpose of collecting fees as required.
If you require a copy of your records please email our reception staff and we will endeavour to fulfil your request within one week.
Once we cease to have a business relationship we will delete your electronic and paper records within the coming 12 months unless we have a legal obligation to keep them for longer.
