A 45 minute mindful and playful workout. We often start with a breath focused movement meditation practice known as the 5 Tibetans. This gives you a powerful yet simple 15 minute self-practice routine to take away (although you are always welcome in class whether you have practiced or not!) We continue with some deep stretching as well as some natural/animal movement through space. There is a fair amount of weight bearing on the arms and hands, which creates a strong and balanced body.

You will be encouraged work with attention, precision and wisdom – this may be to push yourself and explore your edges or if you are feeling more fragile, to drop into greater energetic depths of breath and awareness.
