PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapy provides a holistic approach to recovery and by diagnosing the root cause, can utilise techniques to allow the body to heal itself naturally.
Physiotherapy consists of a combination of pain management, therapeutic techniques, advice and reassurance, self exercise, and lifestyle changes; this is what we mean when we say holistic approach. The primary aim of this is to diagnose the root cause, ensure a swift return to everyday life and reduce the likelihood of further injury.
